She was a lovely lass (I knew her before she hooked up with him, also from the pub) but I haven't seen her in years - it would appear that, rather than her being happy to stay at home looking after the kids, it was more a case of him not letting her out, and knocking her about on a regular basis. Apparently this all came out at the trial
I hope she's able to get her life sorted out - though years of that kind of treatment won't be easy to get over.Comment
