Are you following a particular regime? (e.g. weight watchers).
Are you doing more exercise?
Surprisingly it works, and gets easier after a few days as your stomach is full but you don't tend to overeat til you are bloated.Confusion is a natural state of beingComment

5 Bottles of Champagne
27 Bottles of wine
8 Bottles of Liqueur
7 Bottles of Whisky
3 Bottles of Brandy
3 Bottles of Vodka
1 Bottle of Rum
0 beer, cider or Lager
We don't drink ?
All high end stuff as I give the cheap booze away
Some of this stuff we've had for 30 years
Party time ?Confusion is a natural state of beingComment

I decided I needed to lose some weight after last Christmas. I stopped eating after 8pm and left most other things as they were. I have lost 2st 6lb in 6 months and feel loads better. In the last couple of weeks I've started exercising as well (swimming mostly).
