Now then Diver. Do you lay yours tight with an expansion gap around the edge or do you lay it with slight gaps and squeegey (sp?) bitchumen into it? The last one I did, I took the latter route and it worked incredibly well...

Skirting board off & an expansion gap. Cork expansion strip as and when required. Skirting replaced and a very neat job too
