Has anyone had a recent Qdos review done? Being offered a potential outside role but agency saying Qdos would do a review which I would have to pay for? Thanks

Who exactly is paying for the review and when do you pay for it - is it an upfront payment (probably illegal) or deducted from your first payment (dubious and possibly an illegal deduction).
