Yes, I think a number of the major financials have said that they'd still engage PSC on an ad-hoc basis, for critical roles. Nice position to be in as a contractor.

Yes, very true. Setting aside the impact to individuals, and the disingenuous approach by which HMRC forces through its policies, its hard to argue that this shake-up is not needed.
