That would not kill contracting. It would kill Tax-Motivated-Incorporation, which is not the same thing. It would also hurt pensioners.Originally posted by oliverson View PostBut for me, the easy way to kill contracting is just to increase the dividend tax to something like 20%.

At which point you could just kill IR35 and spare clients all this hassle. It would bring in more revenue than IR35 has ever brought in.Comment
