Can we start a list of PS orgs and their status?

Either that or I am very indecisive when making lists of rules. My top 10 list goes from 1 to 1.

I'd have thought your rules would have been at least four in number:
1 Make sure that they've asked their accountant.
2 Teach n00bs to look right
3 Post a disguised grumble about the state of CUK forum search as often as possible
4 Stay out of bus lanes

If you want to run and maintain it go right ahead. A trawl through the threads should get you started.

Things are changing every day though and a PSB might be in one category one day and in a different one the next, so you'll have to keep on top of it.

To the end that if you see an advert that is for a gig 100 miles away but you know is an option 1 on that list, you wouldn't bother.

From here on, every PS role should be clearly advertised as either inside or outside IR35 based on the role.

Any time there is an advert looking for a contractor in the public sector that doesn't specify that, people should ask the question. The PSB then must reply within 31 days. After April 6th, someone really should go through the Digital Marketplace and ask every advert there whether the role is inside or outside - any answers which do not give an assessment (and I've seen some already which say things along the lines of "it's up to the PSC to determine that" should be reported to the Cabinet Office as not following the guidelines.
