HMRC enquiries for Schemes through ASMG / White Collar

Hi Everyone

I've received my CLSO (Contractors Loans Settlement Opportunity) from HMRC for years ending 07,08,09,10,11.

One of my concerns is that even if I pay up, are HMRC still going to come back and chase me up for years ending 12 & 13

The CLSO opportunity (if you could even call it that !!) only included loans upto 2011.

From recent conversations I have had I would be surprised if White Collar will be in business for much longer. Therefore the best course of action for anyone involved is to join the Big Group and benefit from its increasing profile.
