HMRC enquiries for Schemes through ASMG / White Collar

I have received HMRC enquiries regarding my participation in the white collar for 12/13. Please can I have access to the PM forum please

Did it not occur to you at any stage (even now, amongst all the postings on this and other threads) that despite White Collar's assurances, presumably while they were selling you the scheme, that there was always a risk that HMRC might succeed in getting some or all of the money back? Some of us even planned for this eventuality and put money aside to cover any future tax bills if things went wrong.

Having said that, White Collar may indeed have strong arguments, and you may end up not having to pay anything back.

I'm also a recent recipient of an 'unpaid tax' bill for 2010-11. I have recently spoken to one of the White Collar staff who told me that advice will be forwarded shortly on this situation but was unable to provide further details at this time. Reading back through parts of the thread, it would appear that this is not the first year that HMRC have been sending out letters relating to White Collar. So I am keen to find out what course of action was taken in previous years by affected contractors.

I'd be very grateful if somebody could send me some information on this.
