Anyone used "Umbrella Contracts" now or in the past for loan scheme?

Can't help with your question but is it worth noting that DAVID JOHN CORKILL who is the current director of Umbrella Contracts was also connected to Smartpay at one point, albeit a long time ago? He also appears to have a number of companys with 'Contractor' in the title which would get my alarm bells ringing as well. Didn't have time to look in to them so could be kosher but.. well..
Hope that's of some help.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!

The firm and the director mentioned have a lot of connections with loan schemes and promoters over the past 10/15 years.Best Forum Adviser & Forum Personality of the Year 2018.

Thanks,Originally posted by webberg View PostThe firm and the director mentioned have a lot of connections with loan schemes and promoters over the past 10/15 years.
Looks like we can find many people associated who were using loan schemes to this umbrella company or other schemes promoter engaged with this company.
May I request administrator to please at least make this thread sticky for few months.Comment

No. If they are searching for it they’ll find it.Originally posted by simran View PostThanks,

There are already enough stickies as it is."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

Why? There is little to no solid information here. A quick company search which you would have thought anyone would have done the minute they smelt trouble, if not before they even signed up.Originally posted by simran View PostThanks,

I am sure many people who have recently used this umbrella company for loan schemes will soon come forward as they still seem to support few schemes.Comment

For example, a quick search on Companies House brings out
Rowan David Gordon CORKILL - Personal Appointments (free information from Companies House)
This is one of perhaps 4 or 5.
