    JM QC at it again...

      Any reason to disbelieve him?

How can we get the minutes / transcript?

No. But you'd think he has an axe to grind with Ingenious or something (or maybe PM).

Without knowing what was actually said, and probably having a qualified person to translate it to plain english, it is hard to say IMO. Are the transcripts a matter of public record?

Sounds like a bitter loser to me...maybe he couldn t stand to see if Ingenious where to do well out of this with Pinsent...

Pissed in a pub thinking about the retainer he should be charging Ingenious

I don't know what this hearing yesterday was about but I heard the full hearing wasn't until May.

Transcripts of full High Court hearings can be purchased but they are not in the public domain.

                Only judgments are made public.

Just read on the FT that there are 6 more separate judicial review requests for APNs which is 'unprecedented' for any piece of legislation

I've heard a figure of 10, and there will be a lot more to come. Promoters can't apply for a JR until clients receive an APN.

I know of another two who are just about to apply.

                    ps. make that another three.
