Transcripts of full High Court hearings can be purchased but they are not in the public domain.
Only judgments are made public.Comment

Just read on the FT that there are 6 more separate judicial review requests for APNs which is 'unprecedented' for any piece of legislation

I've heard a figure of 10, and there will be a lot more to come.
