A good wank burns as many calories as a 20 minute jog so why not just buy yourself a couple of boxes of man size tissues and get yourself on xhamster a couple of times a day. Just remember to change hands every so often.

Still only 1 week of OT to go before I can get back to non processed meals/takeaways!Comment

I walk mine about 2 hrs a day during the week and 3+ at weekends. It's not just the left-foot, right-foot bit, it's the walking over boulders, trying to avoid small lakes in the pathway etcComment

MyFitnessPal works for me - you record all food and drink (it has a barcode scanner which is great for most things) along with any exercise. It keeps track of how many calories you're taking in and then burning off, so you can easily see where you're going wrong and how much "allowance" you have left for the day/week.Comment

I cut out beer during the week days, and I aim to eat about 1800 kcal (so including the extras like orange squash, etc, it's probably about the 2k mark).
Then I do just half an hour on the spin bike at a moderate pace and it works well for me.
Exercise is way harder than just eating less. I'm only doing the exercise now because I have a little bot of stubborn belly fat and the only way I'll get rid of it without becoming a skeleton is by doing a bit of CV.
If it's stones you want to lose, then that amount of walking should be fine on it's own (of course exercise will always help). Just count your calories - it's the easiest way.Comment

A bit of variety might be a good thing; ride a bike for an hour or go for a half hour swim once or twice a week or get back on the water rower.
Best way to lose fat is weight lifting combined with one of the above.McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."
