What makes you think trade with EU states will reduce anyway?Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyone -
They are voting to disband Europe and re negotiate trade deals. I prefer right wing policies to left wing ones. They are the policies that enable people like you to ply your trade across europe, pay little tax and earn so much more than the majority of the populationOriginally posted by darmstadt View PostPray tell me, who is my lot? At least when I vote I do so for a principle and a belief in what policies that the party are standing for and not because the person standing happens to be a friend, that really is wasting a vote
I would give a tulip who is in the group because they're going to be dictating what happens in Europe for the foreseeable future...but then again it seems you like right wing politics

I never said it would, I'm simply pointing out that our record on exporting to RotW isn't as hot as some like to make out and it's not going to be as easy to grow that trade as some like to make out either.Originally posted by DodgyAgent View PostWhat makes you think trade with EU states will reduce anyway? While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. BOS, I moved into Europe to work before that all became EU law (I had to get a residents and work permit) and at the time I earnt what was a standard wage as I was a permie. As for tax, I get taxed exactly the same as a permie but I have to pay out more which accounts for a higher rate in order to balance those payments, so basically once again you're spouting off without actually having anything of substance to spout off about.Originally posted by DodgyAgent View PostThey are voting to disband Europe and re negotiate trade deals. It's funny how when it 's a contractor with a marginal rate of 40% we "pay little tax" despite the real value of tax we pay being higher than an equivalent permie, but when you want to argue against taxing the rich(er than us) you are quick to argue that they are better at spending their own money and look at the real value of tax paid and not the marginal rate.Originally posted by DodgyAgent View PostThey are voting to disband Europe and re negotiate trade deals. Indeed, but Bliar has 1 redeeming characteristic, he's more honest than the sad sack that created the GG sockpuppet, well marginally so.Originally posted by Gittins Gal View PostVile little man, DS, absolutely vile.
Can't stand his wife either.
More sense of self entitlement than Elena Ceacescu.Comment

You know, I'm not convinced that Bliar was persuaded to do that by Bush. I have a feeling it was the other way around. Bush isn't intelligent enough to spell Iraq, never mind find it on a map. Blair IS. He's evil enough too.Originally posted by Stevie Wonder BoyFar better on his soapbox then actually invading countries illegally at the whim of some baboon from Texas. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument?
