Following a complaint from Hireonomy, I have removed references to his company's website (which now have VAT and the parent company details entered).

I have kept the rude (as in disrespectful rather than porny) bits in however, because that's the way CUK rolls.

Are we not to mention areas where the websites are not compliant? Give us the word and it shall be so.

Are we allowed to point out the other areas of their website which still don't comply with the Companies Act? I can think of three or four, but I'm not an expert in such things like their design agency and whoever is responsible for their legal compliance.

What do agencies do that really get your goat?

I guess that the main two which annoy me are:

1. Ask for my opinion and then complain when they hear something that they don't like
2. Think that the law doesn't apply to them
