I have a basement with mezzanine windows. It is cool in summer and there's no need for air-con.

You need to be careful though or you can end up with condensation issues. It's the inverse of the problem one has with bathrooms in the winter.

Cool beans. As long as its great for 30/31/1 for my tripleIM then great. Though I would prefer cloud cover during the day(no sunscreen) and hot nights pls.
