          Presumably then we shouldn't say 'he is <insert something bad>' or 'she is <insert something bad>', as without being gender agnostic we'd be in danger of misogyny, and whatever the male version is.

          So we should all just be 'it's?

                I was actually pointing out that Munter was not specifically about women. We could use it freely without being seen as sexist. See - MF is a minor Munter, SASGuru is a major Munter!
