He is OK with that as long as it will not affect his right to be a dlick.
If UKIP are the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question.

      From the horse's mouth:

The use of standards is voluntary - you cannot be obliged to use them. You could also opt for other technical solutions to fulfil the essential requirements set out in the relevant directive.
However for certain products, say construction products there are other rules:

After 30/06/2013, in order to sell a construction product in the European Union (EU) the manufacturer has the obligation to issue a Declaration of Performance (DoP) and affix the CE marking if:
the product is covered by a harmonised European Standardand the coexistence period has ended,
      OR
if a European Technical Assessment has been issued for the product.
NB: If one of the derogations foreseen in Article 5 of the Construction Products Regulation is applicable, the manufacturer is entitled to refrain from drawing a DoP and affixing the CE marking. This is a decision to be taken by the manufacturer, who can issue a DoP and affix the CE-marking even in these cases.

Starting a business in the EU:

As an EU citizen you are entitled to:

set up your own business (even as a sole trader) in any EU country
set up a subsidiary branch of an existing EU-based business registered in another EU country.
The requirements vary by country - but the EU encourages its member countries to meet certain targets:

setting up possible in no more than 3 working days
        costing no more than €100
completing all procedures through a single administrative body
        completing all registration formalities online
registering a company in another EU country online (through single contact points): Points of single contact - Internal Market - European Commission

Speaking in a phone in with Telegraph readers today the Ukip leader said the war on drugs had been lost “many, many years ago” and that it was time for them to be legalised – despite strong opposition from his party.
His Libertarian spirit is coming back to the surface, of which I am very glad. A true libertarian should oppose the restriction of all drugs, including pharmaceutical ones.

But how will this go down with his party's base? And can a true libertarian be anti-immigration?

Immigrants from EU work and pay taxes, far more taxes than what they consume. Why are you looking at each potato I eat for lunch as if it were a free lunch founded by you ? total
