Poland is certainly not Eastern Europe, it is further west than Greece? Most of the Polish people that I know have a far higher level of Education than the majority of folk that I come across on a daily basis...

Talk to the people who issued it. I cannot stand this ugly environment, where people get so obsessed about Eastern Europe that it completely clouds their judgement and stops everybody from going about their jobs.

Czech Republic and Poland might be "quite far west", but grab a map. Look at Europe. It has historically been said that Europe ends (and Asia begins) at the Bosphorus. Take that as extreme east. Spain, Portugal, UK, Ireland and France are to the west. Draw a line down the middle between these points.

Most, if not all, of Czech Republic is in the east, all of Poland is, a bit of Germany is.

My advice to you is to continue working with Bobs, if you are so comfortable doing so. We will work with someone who can recognise and appreciate quality. Wasting time and energy on pointless, racially motivated grievances is wrong. Life is too short.

What "lost causes" am I defending, and where was I wrong?
What do you mean by Bob? An offshored, low-skilled resource? That's what was pointed out - that the offshore partners in eastern Europe were low skilled. If you want to cry out that your race is superior to others then go ahead.
