Eh? You could vote for Stalin? I bet there's millions of dead Russians who wish they had of known that....
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

I'm sure you could vote for Stalin, but just not for anyone else.

The days when Eastern Europeans would come over to Western Europe to earn "a fortune" are gone. Salaries have shot up there, they don't want to come over any more and a quite a lot are returning. So no there won't be a huge wave of Romanians coming over, in any case they can go to all the other countries in the EU.

Interestingly it wasn't the EU that forced Britain to accept the Eastern Europeans; the opening up of the EU to the East was a British project driven forcefully by the then Conservative party in the 1990's. One of the reasons the Labour government was the only Western EU country to allow free access was because the British saw it as their idea. France and Germany dragged their heels they would have prefered the Eastern countries to be admitted much later but Germany agreed because it wanted unification.

This is the irony, Britain stamps it's mark on the EU and then turns round and blames it for what they wanted.
            I'm alright Jack

So Poland is a Third of UK from 1/7th and Romania is one fifth.

Hmm I reckon I'd wait tables living in a shared house for the equivalent of £100K at less than 20% tax + benefits. Few years of that and retire in the country with loads of rental properties.
Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.

Hmm I reckon I'd work in Germany for a lot more than I'd get in the UK AND be able to get back home by train in a few hours whenever I want.

Looks like the average is nearly double in Luxembourg compared to the UK. They must be terrified of all 70 million of us turning up overnight looking for jobs.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.
