Apparently fracking is a British operation that is destroying the western part of the United States. Apparently Texas and California are both "going into destruction". This has apparently been happening since Jack Kennedy was assassinated.
It's worse even than that. The British Empire is stealing their oil and their food, and because of that the Americans (as an outpost of the British Empire) are going to start a world war in Ukraine and take on the Russians, Chinese and Indians (who are on the other side for some reason) as it's the only way to ensure it's survival, although it's not clear how it will survive given he later states that there will be no long term survivors after an hour and a half.
He seems to be somewhat unaware of quite a lot of history.
Edit: actually it appears he's been predicting this great thermonuclear war since the 80s. Apparently the "Anglo-Americans" have been trying to start it since then.
