    Coddled Eggs

Inspired by comments about soft-boiled eggs. Has anyone else ever had coddled eggs? Used to have them as a child, basically you soft-boil an egg or two but then scoop it out into a little bowl and mush it up with a bit of salt, and eat with bread and butter.

Is it a regional thing maybe?

Sounds much like how I eat soft boiled eggs except I eat them in the shell.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Yeah, they're great. I often have these, lovely when they're slightly underdone. Nice when they're spiced up with a bit of sambal oelek.
