No he didn't. It's been there since the invention of the state pension.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

He has made friends in SNP!

Ms Sturgeon argued: "The last person anyone in Scotland will take lessons from when it comes to pensions is Gordon Brown - the man who destroyed final-salary pension schemes with his £100bn raid, and insulted our older folk with a miserly 75p increase in the state pension.
Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.

Oil ? The EU ? Currency ? Topics that generated some interest.

But as soon as anybody questions Scottish benefits they go mad!

Trying to kill off private pensions has been there since the invention of the state pension ?, wow I never knew Gordon had invented a time machine
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

The lack of private pension provision isn't a government liability, neither are short falls in corporate schemes. The only black hole the government is responsible for is the state pension, and that has been designed in from the start.
