Well, I'm actually having my first coffee since December as I type, and it seems to be going down OK, and I've dispatched ms doodab to the local middle eastern place for a kebab (chicken with salad and rice) for my lunch, so I suspect a burger king would go down quite well. If I'm going to go all the way into town to get it I'd probably go for a wagamama instead though.
Why do people need to weigh or measure themselves to judge whether they are overweight? Why not just get your kit off, look at yourself in a mirror and be honest about what you see?

Metrics enable you to see if things are changing before the eye does. Also, the eye lies - some people will always see more fat to lose.
My scales measure internal (visceral) fat as well as overall fat % though how accurate and how scientific this is I do not know. Also whether there is a common scale used, or every manufacturer makes up their own.
