18.4, which makes me .1 under what a healthy weight should be, whatever that means.

Those CUKers who wish to apply for consideration in the 'muscular not fat' category can post pictures of themselves in their gym kit for the panel to review.
We'll let off Mich, Brillo, Dallas and Minestrone as their athletic exploits are well documented. (However if Mich would care to post a photo of his thighs, MaryPoppins would be very appreciative).Comment

Working away from home, and trying to economise to add to the deposit for our next home has led to rather a couch potato lifestyle
Each weekend, it's being house clearing, and doing up the house prior to putting it on the market and during the week it's stay at a bedsit
Sheer boredom has led to a lot of nights of microwave meals and watching movies (:
Can't wait till the summer, when I'll have a couple of months of off in hopefully a country cottage, cook my own food, get out with camera and lose a bit of weight...till the cycle begins again with the next contractSocialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.
No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.Comment

I feel hard done by!
It has me at 27.1 which is overweight. I cut weight down from 15st 10lbs to 14st 2lbs (I went all the way to 13st 10lbs but that is too light to fight at, I kept getting pushed around so I brought it back up again).
I train twice a day most week days (once before work and again at lunchtime), I group train on Thursday evenings and sometimes again at weekends. Currently my 100 burpee time is 14 minutes, although I want it down to less than 10 minutes before the end of the year, I also have the challenge from Mrs MUN of getting a visible 6 pack by July which is a tough one.Comment

Body mass index (BMI) = 24.9. Their calc reckoned I'd still be healthy at 3 stone lighter which seems like bollox to me.Comment

I was 11.5 stone and fit over a year ago but I was cycling 160 miles a week to clientco. Sadly now, I'm 13.5 stone and unfit as MS can vouch for. Need to get back on the bicycle commute again. GF#1 has been instructed to serve smaller meals which may make a bit of difference.
I've reached the size limit for getting into my bike leathers!
If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.Comment

Nah, I do that at home with these vacuum bottles that feel like having your insides sucked out now. Last time I did it I barely got 50ml out. Which is probably a good sign.Originally posted by d000hg View PostDo you need your liver pumped again? Instant stone gone...While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. How's your appetite? Are you able to eat better now? Well, I'm actually having my first coffee since December as I type, and it seems to be going down OK, and I've dispatched ms doodab to the local middle eastern place for a kebab (chicken with salad and rice) for my lunch, so I suspect a burger king would go down quite well. If I'm going to go all the way into town to get it I'd probably go for a wagamama instead though.Originally posted by mudskipper View PostHow's your appetite? Are you able to eat better now? Why do people need to weigh or measure themselves to judge whether they are overweight? Why not just get your kit off, look at yourself in a mirror and be honest about what you see?And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014Comment
