    Still ill. Glands up, chesty cough. I have been off the booze and fags for a while though, and don't really missem so that's all good.

    SY02 is also ill.

              Me too. Joined the CTC Sunday ride. Fifty miles, with an excellent (enormous) slice of apple and blackberry crumble cake half way round. Thankfully there was a fat bloke on a bike, so the pace was a bit gentler than last time I went out with them.
