I saw a big queue of Romanians and Bulgarians outside the Job Centre as I left for work on the 2nd January; couldn't wait to start getting those generous state handouts.

Looks like UKIP were right.

Hello people! A Bulgarian here.

I just wanted to say something. It might sound a little racist to you but this is the truth and I do care for England and English people enough to give you some clarification about this matter.


The gypsies are not Bulgarians. They are parasites in Bulgaria too. And I'm about to explain a bit what I mean.

They say - give us work, we want to work, we don't have work - but when they actually get work - they don't want to work and they find excuses and find ways to live on the back of the working people, because they are minority etc.

They say - give us better places to live, don't let us in the misery. And guess what is saying the gypsy woman - oh, look at it, it is ruined, why no one cares, we want new block.

These people will not work. They will try to live on your backs.

And once again - the Bulgarians are not gypsies. Hell yeah, there are some crappy Bulgarians here and there, but there are such people in every country.

Well yes, to be 100% accurate, there are actually some gypsies who will actually work. Just they are something like one on every hundred or so.

OK, I'm done.

I probably should say that I was in England and saw awesome people there and also I know some English people and I know we here have much to learn and to be quite honest I really feel like a barbarian compared to your culture.

And - please excuse my English, it's still work in progress.

Have a nice time and be warned about the gypsies. They also can steal and lie like they breathe.

In the Netherlands you are obliged to take out health insurance, even if you have health insurance in your country of origin. You can choose your own health insurance provider (zorgverzekeraar) who offers the basic package (basisverzekering) and may change insurance providers once a year. To register for health insurance, you need a personal public service number (burgerservicenummer - BSN).

If you do not purchase Dutch health insurance, you risk being fined and billed retroactively for the months you were not insured.

Why bother paying when you can come to England and its all free.......

Factual probably. Anyone who insists the Roma are a great asset is living in a dream world.

However, discussing qualities of groups ought to be irrelevant. If we did what we should be doing, making proper checks on individuals, letting in moderate numbers of only the talented sorts who will add to the GDP per capita and quality of life of the existing population, it should not matter if they are Roma, White, Black, Catholic, Muslim or Martian.
