Probably the same lefties that keep blogging about that Labour stooge a girl called jack, any commentary by that Rick of the Young Ones wannabe Owen Jones

I could understand if they were teenagers, I guess it must be some kind of middle class guilt
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

Well no, begging is not actually illegal in Glasgow and any attempts by the councils to get it stopped are not welcomed by the SNP who want to 'protect the vunerable' ( I thought that was a welfare system was for )

Anyways, there are hundreds of them working the city, running around barefoot, there is a one legged one who begs out of a wheelchair waving his stump about, you can see his prosthetic leg in a bag hanging off the back of the chair. They have encamped into an area a few miles from me which is now called ground zero as they have turned the place into a complete disaster zone, they are also running child prostitution rings with their own children. At least twice a day they drive past my house in a van looking in all the gardens, they will lift anything that is yours, scrap or not, they do that over the bulk of the city.

I want them gone, not more of them

I used to work in a bank HQ in Queen St, and every day a knarled old dude in a merc and a stone island jacket used to park in a disabled spot while all the old toothless beggars brought what they had collected.

The problem started long before the 'opening of the borders'.
That was Fred Goodwin you twunt.

Not in Glasgow ya dobber. Fred is far too posh to go to Glasgow.

He's got a big issue pitch in Edinburgh.

Talking of the big issue.......you got someone to take the Huddy abode yet ??

If beggards are organised and collect money to be returned to some local crime figure then it is surely illegal even if it's on the tax evasion basis.

Nope, if someone has paid tax on their money they are free to hand it over to someone else assuming it is not part of a trade of goods or services or is an attempt to evade an existing tax such as inheritance tax. Just because this happens many times does not make it illegal.

If those people collect money for the gang master then it's this masters earnings on which he should pay tax, possibly levy VAT - maybe it's even fraud if beggars pretend something they are not.

"I tell you what: From here on out, if you walk across the street outside of a crosswalk, if you roll through a stop sign, if you use an aerosol can in a manner other than directed I mean, I don't care, you make one slip, and I will put you away for good." That's how proper cops think ...

Mate, we're talking about Glasgow here

If the victim stands a reasonable chance of living, then it's not a crime.

Ok, then stop whining about it if that's totally legal.
