I have consumed just 352 calories today and burnt off 208 (according to my calorie counter) of intake and exercise. I think that warrants 10 pints and a full Dominos pizza.

Just checking as no one actually laid down any rules, but is stroking people's spokes with a junior hacksaw blade allowed?

I was planning to turn all the signs around half way through so I was the only winner.

I think Dallas prefers spokey dokeys.

This may take some training based on the 6 mile circuit I just did. Slowest run ever and had to push it up the hill.

I think those pies have taken a toll.

Just went out with the boys from the office. A bit under 20 miles, but a good first outing of the year. And I wasn't the slowest!

Good on you. 6 miles isn't a bad start.

Well done for starting early and finding out what your body is capable of. Still about 22 weeks to go so you still have time.

I have switched diet now - getting alot more fish and alot less red meat. And switching over to more salads from carbs.
