Started training.
15 minutes play fighting with son
15 minutes in a hot bath
20 minutes playing chase in the park
2 miles leisurely cycle at about 5mph with daughter

Dallas is fairly fast. I am slow but I just keep going on and on.
My brother has a tandem and I could take you on the back to help my training. But I prefer to laugh at you and hurl insults - you will then go full pelt to try to punch me....Comment

Personally I hate training - I just tend to mimic the event. But Dallas does loads of training and I am sure is happy to share.
The only one I have ever fancied is doing TABITHA.Comment

Anyone on Endomondo? I use it to log my exercise - find it quite motivational to see how far I've done in a week/month year. (Feck all in 2014) Works with smartphones - you don't need anything fancier.Comment
