He comes out of a coma just in time for Phil Neville's commentary putting him into a new oneOriginally posted by Stevie Wonder BoyI can't see any way to do it can you please advise?

Mmm. Something just doesn't smell right about this announcement.
I, like many others, believed awakening from a comma was like 28 Days Later / The Walking Dead - a quick bit of fluids to re-hydrate, then you're fit enough to take on a zombie hoard.
But it seems that even in the best cases, it's considerably less pronounced - and being "out of a coma" really doesn't mean all that much in the grand scheme of things - the lights are on, but is anyone home.
Here's hoping for the best though.Comment

So what's the deal with Mr Schumacher at the moment. He's out of a coma. But is he awake, is he talking, and understanding what people are saying to him.
The media seems to be coy about the details.Comment

I suspect he's seriously brain damaged and will remain that way. "Out of a coma" makes it sound like he's sat up in bed doing the crossword, but that's not very likely.Originally posted by KentPhilip View PostSo what's the deal with Mr Schumacher at the moment. There was an article about that by a doctor - maybe even in this thread - saying that "in a coma" has a very specific medical meaning, and that "not in a coma" does not mean what people think it does.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

If he wasn't a vegetable they would have said so.
