The liver's an amazing regenerating organ - cut off the booze for 6 months. good diet and exercise and it'll be back to normal in no time.

6 months with no booze is not "no time". I prefer drinking once/twice a week and having 4-5 day gaps no booze.

Not really. I've worked with disease data and its amazing how resilient the liver is.
