I've checked, and I didn't agree with you on that particular date, Mr Porkie

Bollocks. You wouldn't have a clue if I spouted some of the terminology that I have to use, it depends on what area that you are working in. In SY's case he used the acronym RAID which I think has been around a lot longer as a hardware term than 'Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (*)' which I presume is project management speak and this is one of the problems in IT, instead of being clear and precise, people now try to be clever by using these terms.Originally posted by d000hg View PostBecause a professional knows the terminology involved, unless they're a dinosaur who just says "we never used to do it that way so I won't".
ps: I can't think of any words less than one syllable.
Found another one, SWOT analysis. **** me, you couldn't make it up if you tried....
(* theoretically this should have all been covered in the initial project plan. I know when I do something like that I include all the RAID tulip that could possibly happen, maybe thats why I don't need one as this type of information is a given.)“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment

Cup a soup still not coming out the machine right?
Oh, come on suity, tell us the vendor, perhaps some of us have worked with them and we can give you some good advice.Comment
