It's a totally new approach, but dammit it may just work.

        Expertise costs money, Mr Agent.

Lack of expertise costs a lot more money, Mr Agent.

And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014

According to the provisions of article ... of the law of Bangalore municipality, there must be much quickness in reporting road traffic bumpications to all relevant authorities and parties with obligations pertaining to the bumpication, so as to ensure plenty cheapness in any ensuing legal proceedings. Please to be doing the needful in relation to English law, as it is almost the same anyways.

Please be reverting with details of any bumpication doings.

Read your insurance docs. Mine says that the insurer will only cover claims notified within 6 months of accident. We're still in that so should be the same for yours.

Telling or not telling your insurance company won't have any impact on who is right and who is wrong.

Plus a lot of insurance has 'free legal cover' so you might be able to save yourself a few quid
