I hate the principle of CC and everything it stands for, but as a bit of a scientific experiment I thought I would try recording what I eat and drink. And for a geek, it's quite interesting to to.
For instance apparently I still have 150kCal to spare today, to meet my goal of losing 2lb a week, after all meals and snacks, and I have deliberately not altered my diet.
Does make it even more irritating though, that I am exercising AND have what is a decent diet, and still not losing the weight. 1400kCal a day, and exercising, come on give me a break.
Maybe I am secretly an incredibly efficient body. Yes that must be it, I am a marvel and my tummy is a badge of how amazing I am.
