It would be helpful if you could start keeping a record of the cost of your lunchtime sandwiches and the number of parody threads generated over the time period when you pop out to buy the sandwich. -

When I was in Uni one of my housemates would find the smallest crispiest chip in his McD's meal and use that one to pick out the gherkin from his burger. That chip was then to be discarded as far away from the food as possible.
No idea why they insist on putting them in in the first place.
