      Depends how much you care

If you an angry there are two things that will annoy an agent who sends your CV in without permission.

1: Contact their Data Controller and ask for their registration no. under the Data Protection act, explain to them why you want it. Often this will cause trouble for the pimp.

2: Complain to the Information Commissioners Office, they have the ability and the increasing motivation to fine people serious money.

3: Notify the HR department of the client. Many contracts with clients specifically forbid this.

4: Then notify the compliance department of the client, informing them that a data breach has occurred. (use that form of words) and that an unauthorised disclosure of personal data has been made by the pimp and that you require them to remove said data from their systems and inform them that you want confirmation.

5: If no satisfactory response then report client to ICO
This may make them not like the pimp one little bit.

There are *many* pimps and the relationship with the client is often fragile and none of them want legal hassle, a pimp that causes it is not their friend.
There is no guarantee that this will seriously damage the pimp, but if enough people do this then they really will feel pain.

Or do nothing and stop bitching that pimps piss on you like this.

Oh Mickey what a pity you don't understand.

Pimps treat you like a whore if you don't act like a man.

The guy was dead as hell. He lay on the floor in his pajamas with his brains scattered all over the rug and my gun was in his hand.

When claiming data breach, just make sure the CV that was irresponsibly passed onto a clientco without your permission, isn't the same CV you post on job-boards to be viewed by all and sundry.
Remember that when a pimp calls you up with a plum of a gig out of the blue, chances are your CV was picked up by them.

"It's guys like you, Mickey! ....."
