I don't see what Scotland has to boast about in this list compared to England. Scotland's 2nd best university is 117th in the list. England has 13 higher entries and their quality is arguably much higher. Can you really compare Glasgow to Bristol, Durham and York, never mind Oxbridge, Imperial and UCL??? It might be free in Scotland but is it world class?Comment
