    Just do what I did when I was in London a few years back. I would insist on a decent hour over lunchtime and grab a decent steak and bottle of red. Wander back to the office and carry on the day. I wouldn't eat after that but then again I did manage to put 4 stone on in about 10 months

          I'm a night owl and I need me nosh in the evenings.

          Will be staying at Fleet services next week so at least I'll have a bit of choice

          (...and if things go according to plan, I'll have no problem burning off the calories )

              When I'm in a B&B I have soup for lunch and a proper evening meal.

              But I do use M&S salads a lot.

                My Missus is 5' 10" and 7 stone or so - she eats like a horse, even at one time taking body builders protein drinks to gain weight, sounds great to be like that but she worries a lot about it.

                      Don't forget to drink plenty of water, 3 litres a day. Does not have to be bottled water, can be from the tap.
