A belladonna salad should stop you putting on any weight.

Be a meta vegetarian, and live on a strict diet of vegetarians.

You'll need to rent somewhere you can bury the bodies easily, but otherwise it's the best diet ever

I'm in a BandB so no option to prepare my own food. I know that the way to go is to have my main meal at lunch time then have a pot noodle or a salad at night.

I just can't do that - I have to go to beddy byes on a full tum!

So far this week I've had scampi in the basket, Chinese, Indian and tonight I'm headed up the fish and chippery. Not exactly healthy.

te there any healthier dining out options? Cmon I need some inspiration.
It's never easy. I too always want an evening meal, but is actually the worst time of day to be eating a lot of food. Pasta, rice dishes after 6pm are a no no.

In fact the whole working day is a pile of poo. Every since I stop working at client sites my health has only improved and weight reduced.

Best stick to a good lunch as late as possible, take a proper hour to enjoy it and not at desk!

Come the evening get to bed early. Early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise.

No something my gym instructor told me. She asked what and when I was eating and then went, nein! nein! nein!

Protein is good at night. Yes you can eat loads of protein before bed. But not carbs. You don't have time to digest them all before sleeping so they just pile on the muffin top.
