77,000 new estate agents this year, probably loads of Recruitment Agents as well, this will have caused an increase in HR bods to handle the queries from the agents, add in the mis-sold whatever cold callers and we're headed for zero unemployment. Shame there's no increase in real jobs.

The ability to make things up and then deny it requires special skills.

So I wouldn't say they are unskilled.
