77,000 new estate agents this year, probably loads of Recruitment Agents as well, this will have caused an increase in HR bods to handle the queries from the agents, add in the mis-sold whatever cold callers and we're headed for zero unemployment. Shame there's no increase in real jobs.

The last thing we need is further inflation of the already overinflated housing bubble.
It benefits nobody but chancers and spivs. Plus the fact I'll have to start listening to people gloating over how much their houses have gone up in value.Comment
