It's just one more distraction getting in the way of real interaction.

I am a bit old fashioned in that if I book a meeting with you, as I walk into the meeting my phone gets switched off or put on silent mode and I pay you the respect of my attention while you talk to me. I don't care who calls me while i am in that meeting. They join the back of my queue. There are far too many distractions these days.
I get fed up these days when I have a meeting and half the teams noses are stuck in their mobile/ipad/laptop...Comment
