Kinda on the "shouldnt we all setup our own recruitment pimp shop" theme, maybe a smaller chunk to bite would be setting up some kind of self help group (bear with me) where we offer to sit down with our fellows and go through their CV's, what they are aiming for, and so on ?

Well there's work out there for both (I know because that's the sphere I'm in, allbeit DSDM certified).

Yes may be.

But what do you think about specific sectorial experience, i.e. banking or insurance ? On Jobserve many opportunities require previous experience in banks or insurance, and I suppose my lack of experience in these sectors is causing me to be trown away everytime.
