Pauline Fowler knows nowt mate. You've blown your credibility, no going back now. You are confused between what is appropriate within a desktop app, and what works in a three tier system. -
You say you were a C++ programmer and you are asking what OO is - blown as another fraud. What a surprise! You've dabbled but never reached high skill.Originally posted by sasguru View PostQuite. I'm sorry I asked.

Essentially, you're just about right. It's important to have the right tools and to keep up with modern tools as they develop, but none of them magically solve any problem or make you a good programmer.Originally posted by sasguru View PostQuite. I'm sorry I asked.

Why would an Australian want to earn GBP in a bar in London, when the AUS is so strong and the £ worth feck all? Australia is mega booming. They could earn more picking up lost AUD bills on the floor in Australia than they could earn in London.

Their commodities boom is coming to an end.
And like the white Arabs they are, they didn't make any plans for the future.
Hard Brexit now!
