          If you do get the chance to be in charge, remember it's not about you, it's about the team. You need to be the mentor, the coach, you need to make the team greater than the sum of the parts. That would mean parking your own ego away & focussing on people you hire. When in management the people who work for you are only there for a short time, you have your careers in their hands and you have to help them grow.
