Get yourself a Multipla.
It looks enough like one of the cars they used to give disabled people (I'll resist calling it a sp**ca-waggon like an uncruel kid might) that no-one will look twice as you pootle along, the drool slowly dripping from the corner of your mouth to gather on your own lap.
