          Nah that was last month. We've got a replacement one of those now.

          the fact that half the backlog items contradict each other however.....

              Short of using a strap-down chair and pliers, the main problem I have is the Dev Lead running to the toilet whenever I see him for an update.

                    I don't think so. I've found some charming testers from overseas who will do twice the job at half the price with none of the fuss.
