Shows a total failing of schools, GPs (hugely overpaid useless feckers they are) and out so called highly trained social services.

The Polish community is very close knit and they do not report things about their fellow nationals to authorities, they keep thing very much inside their own community. There must have been more people who knew what was going on.

I think if you have a boy around that age, as I do, the full horror of it gets you deeply.
