            No public sector work is required here. All this is is a legal requirement to expand filtering beyond the court enforced ban on newzbin and piratebay. Most Isp will already have appropriate filters from Huwai in place due to those court injunctions. This merely ensures they need to be configured a bit more and used far far more often.

                      LOL turned on Talk Talk Homesafe and this counts National Lottery as gambling - site is blocked - that was supposed to be government sponsored gambling!
